The St Lukes teamfollowing lane restrictions will be closing the westbound off-ramp from 10pm Fri 4 March to 5am Mon 7 March 2016 so we can safely rebuild and widen the existing off-ramp.in place while a concrete pour on Te Atatu Bridge is taking place:
Detour options
Drivers are being advised to plan their journey in advance, whilst keeping in mind that local attractions such as Auckland Zoo, MOTAT, and Western Springs Speedway have their usual events and race meeting on during the weekend. The motorway, local roads and public transport links in the area will remain open for the weekend closures.
Construction on the St Lukes westbound off-ramp will happen as quickly as possible so the ramp can be reopened to the public with minimal disruptions to the traffic and residents within the area.
One lane in each direction over Te Atatu BridgeThe right turn from Te Atatu South to the citybound on-ramp will be closedThe citybound loop motorway on-ramp will be openOne lane only on the westbound motorway off-ramp towards Te Atatu PeninsulaThe right turn from the citybound motorway off-ramp towards Te Atatu South will be closedThe right turn from Te Atatu Peninsula onto westbound motorway on-ramp will be closedThe northwestern cycleway and motorway will remain open.
